What if I don’t like the front page draft you made?

No problem. We just make a new draft for you, we all have different opinions about how a great website looks, and maybe we didn’t catch the right feel you want to express. On this stage you can also leave and find another web design company for your project.

I don’t know so much about websites. Can you help me with a hosting solution and buy a domain?

Yes, of course, we don’t expect that our clients have any knowledge at all about websites. We offer a “one stop shopping solution” and will be pleased to help you out. We don’t charge any fee for doing domain research for our clients. In fact, most of our clients need help with this important process.

Can you improve an exisiting website?

Yes, actually most of our work is redesigning existing website.

What is the price for a professional website?

We have 3 web design packages you can choose from which are starting from 699 euros (Basic package). The basic package fits 90% of our clients.

Do I need to pay a deposit for the work?

No, you only have to pay 50% of the development fee when you have accepted the front page draft, and pay the outstanding balance when the website is finished. No deposit.

I experienced that most web designers have hidden fees, do you also have that?

Absolutely not. We will never ruin our relationship with our clients with hidden fees. We always inform our clients with a welcome mail about all prices, so there is no unexpected surprises.

We offer 3 or 6 months free update and maintence service counting from the day the site is finished. After this periode we offer a maintenance service package.

Do I have to keep my website with you forever, or can I move it to another supplier to host it if I wish?

You may move your website to another web hosting service at any time.

How do I update my website?

You just send us an email with the changes you would like us to make on your website. Normal turn around time is inside 48 hours (In most cases we will be able to do the updates inside 15 hours).
