Provecho

Provecho is an interesting project. The goal is to collect as many Italian cooking recipes as possible, and it will for sure be a huge project, many of the recipes will be collected from restaurants near Rome and Milano.

This blog has not been finished yet. It is still just a premature beta version. We expect it will take almost a year to collect and publish all the recipes. Our Goal is to publish minimum 10.000 recipes before 2013.
